Once the order is confirmed, cancellation is not possible only replacement or refund is possible as per the terms & conditions listed in the below replacement and refund section
In case, the product received to the customer is in damage condition, or the product is not working properly or any part of the product is missing or there is some technical issue with the product, the customer can raise a complaint by clicking on “My account” section tab within 3 days of receipt of the order.
If the complaint is raised after 3 days of receiving the order, the standard warranty policy of the Company shall be applicable and the same can be addressed by clicking on https://kenstar.servitiumcrm.com/kenstar/getCustomerInfoWebLogin.jsp or the Customer may contact on 1860-258-2580 or write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com to raise a complaint for the damaged product.
In case the product for replacement is not available, refund will be initiated within 3-5 working days of approval for claim.
Replacement or refund shall be subject to the due inspection and quality check of the product conducted through the Kenstar’s associates and shall depend on the sole discretion of the Kenstar’s associates after the quality check and the said inspection.
The product will be re-shipped to the customer subject to the authenticity of the claim and its availability within 3 working days of approval of your claim.
In case a product is eligible for refund, price shall be determined at the actual cost at which the product was purchased by the Customer.
Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement under this Replacement Policy, viz:
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.

Any dispute which may arise in connection to this policy shall be governed by the laws of India shall be addressed to the courts in the jurisdiction of Gurgaon, Haryana only.
