Recipe Instructions
01
Prepare the Paneer

Slit the paneer pieces such that they are attached at one end.

02
Marinate & Coat the Paneer

Mix all the ingredients for the marinade together. Thoroughly apply the marinade to the paneer pieces and roll the paneer in dry corn flour such that it coats the paneer.

03
Air Fry the Paneer

Pre-heat Air Fryer for 5 minutes. Arrange the marinated paneer pieces in the fry basket and close it properly. Keep Air Fryer at 180°C for 15–18 minutes.

04
Prepare the Gravy

For the gravy, heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a kadhai. Add garlic, green chillies and ginger. Sauté for 1 minute. Add red onions and sauté for 1 minute. Add the whites of onions and sauté for 1–2 minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste and capsicum, stir-fry and cook till slightly softened. Add salt, pepper, sugar and reduce the flame.

05
Add the Sauce & Finish the Dish

Add the sauce mixture and cook for 3–4 minutes. Add water and let it boil. Now add the corn flour dissolved in water. Cook for a few minutes till a thick gravy is formed. Add paneer and green onions. Cook for a few seconds till the sauce coats the paneer. Serve hot.
